Leading the research at Elgado Outpost is the main role of Admiral Galleus.

Bahari is the Wyverian leader scientist at Elgado Outpost. He has been hailed as a genius for his sharp, analytical mind that has solved countless scientific mysteries.

He is known for being eccentric. He can become blind to all other things once he has found something that interests him, sometimes leading to reckless behavior.

Chichae is Elgado Outpost’s only quest receptionist in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak. Her diligence and dedication to her work have made her a strong beacon for the knights stationed there.

Minayle runs Elgado Outpost’s Smithy. She is young but has the knowledge and expertise to be a blacksmith in the Kingdom. Rondine’s good graces have entitled her to come to Kamura Village to learn more from Hamon, the Blacksmith.

Minayle is passionate about her work, especially with armor and weapons. She bangs out every task while holding her powerful hammer!

Oboro, a Wyverian merchant, runs Elgado’s market. His impressive knowledge of products and other fields is unmatched. His curiosity drives him to continue learning, often through his love for reading.

Master Arlow trains the Knights of the Royal Order. Although he can be a bit harsh and toil his students hard, he is a caring father figure and has the respect of everyone.
Admiral Galleus has been his friend from childhood. Despite their personality differences, they get along well.

Sir Jae is a Royal Order knight stationed at Elgado. He’s bright and cheerful but also hasty and often acts before thinking.

He is a fan of working out and never misses his daily training. He is also obsessed with Admiral Galleus as he secretly copies his hairstyle.

Dame Luchika, a Knight of the Royal Order, is stationed at Elgado. She has never shown emotion, and her lips have never curled upwards.

She is serious and hardworking and has a deep knowledge of history and monsters. Although she is a good hunter, others avoid the opportunity to hunt with her.

Tadori is a well-known Wyverian doctor. He travels to Elgado after a particular incident to share his experience and knowledge as a doctor to assist the knights fighting the calamity.
